Job Description : Position: Trainee Associate / Associate

Process: Accounts Receivable

Role:
• Independently handles collections activity for a portfolio comprising of US customers.
• Responsible for the collection, management and resolution of outstanding invoices for past due accounts.
• Handle both internal and external customers. The interaction is both by means of e-mails and telephone.
• Interfacing with different internal teams like Customer Service, Sales and Regional Finance Directors in reconciling accounts.
• Handle calls with the objective of resolving customer queries and providing clear and well reasoned responses to enquiries.
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
• Exercises judgment within well-defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Ensures appropriate escalation of any issue that is adversely affecting the business with the customer.
• Achieves or exceeds set targets and works as part of a team to fulfill Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensures strict adherence to quality by following all the process controls to be audit compliant.

Required experience / skills:
• Should be a Graduate, preferably in Commerce or Business Management specializing in Finance
• Minimum 0 - 1.5 years of work experience.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Individuals with knowledge of MS Office & SAP (FI end user), would be an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Night shift (7.30pm-4.30am and 8.30pm-5.30am)
