  Education              :                Graduate / Diploma Holders
 
  Job Description     
                               1.   Take Calls from customers and enter the data in the system
                               2.   Collect the order from the costumer
                               3.   Forward the order for processing
                               3.   Follow up on orders of customers
                               4.   Handle all queries from customers
                               5.   Attending to customer problems
                               6.  Solving the customer problems in minimum time possible
                               7.  Ability to built rapport with internal & external customers.
                              
  Desired Profile    
                                
                               1.   Should preferably  be a graduate
                               2.   Knowledge of  computers – Word, Excel, Typing
                               3.   Pleasing personality & flexible on timing
                               3.   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
                               4.   Fluency in English, and working knowledge of Kannada is
                                     essential
 
  Minimum Experience :  6 months ( Fresher will be considered)
 
  Maximum Experience :  2 years
