Excellent understanding of OSS in Service Assurance domain and system integration through hands on project experience,Appropriate depth and breadth of domain and technical skills in Network Management covering Performance or Fault space,Should have good knowledge on KPI/KQI?s in Assurance domain.SQM domain knowhow is preferred,Telcordia?s product Service Director knowledge and Experience would be preferable,Good Market knowledge about the OSS space and the various leaders in the space and their business model, offerings etc.Enough domain and technical knowledge to define an end to end OSS solution architecture ,Understanding of the eTOM, NGOSS and TAM models,Ability to own and drive work within challenging timescales is very critical,Good team-working skills; ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team; Good planning and problem solving skills;Ability to achieve good working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues,Excelle nt communications skills,Excellent presentation skills,MUST - They should be open for onsite travels on short term and long term assignments
