Required Skills/Domain Knowledge:

Must Have for all TOOLS:-

• Tivoli / Maximo Engineer with 1-4 yrs of experience
• Ability & experience to provide 24x7 on-call support for MAximo
and Tivoli
• Working Knowledge on Maximo Products
• Configured and Documented Test Plans and Integration Plans will be
preferable
• Configure HA for these products and worked in production
Environment

Mandatory Skills:-

• Strong exposure in Tivoli/Maximo Products
• Understanding of architecture of these products
• Experience in troubleshooting issues

IBM Tivoli Service Request Manager

• Install and Configure the TSRM
• COnfigure Workflows and escalation SLA in TSRM
• Integrate the Omnibus and TSRM tools
• Integrate Email and SMS from TSRM
• Integrate TSRM and TBSM for the portal requirement
• Configure the TSRM reports and BIRT reports
